When Amanda, looking for fun, joins up with a human thief, Philip is determined to save her and bring her to a sense of responsibility. To do so he enlists the animals of Boulder Creek Park – as well as an old locomotive. With steam blowing and whistles tooting, they go after Amanda. The question is, will they get to her in time to keep Amanda from becoming a real criminal?
